Mission Statement

The mission of the Geauga County Bicentennial Celebration Board of Managers is to promote and coordinate county-wide participation in Geauga County's Bicentennial events in 2005/2006. The focus shall be on education, commemoration, legacy, and celebration.

Bicentennial Board Members

The Geauga County Bicentennial Board of Managers was formed on August 7, 2001 by the Geauga County Board of Commissioners per Ohio Revised Code Section 347.02. The eight-member bicentennial board consists of members representing the Public/Government sector, the private sector, and the community-at-large.
